Damaged or incorrect shipments
Returns and refunds are available only for damaged or incorrect shipments. All other sales are final. Returned products must be unopened and sealed, and photos are required for verification.
Errors on our part
Phoenix Premier Peptides takes every reasonable measure to make sure orders are processed, packaged and shipped accurately.
If an order is not received, or is received incorrectly, as a direct result of an error by Phoenix Premier Peptides, including shipment to an address different from the one you provided, fulfilment of an incorrect product or quantity, or an item missing from the order, we will reship the affected items at no additional cost once the error is verified.
Reporting window
Report any suspected fulfilment error to info@phxpremierpeps.com within 7 business days of the delivery date or expected delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking information. The window is 7 business days, not 7 days on the calendar: weekends and holidays do not count. Claims made after that period may not be eligible for replacement or reshipment.
Review before replacement or refund
Phoenix Premier Peptides reviews and verifies every claim against order records, fulfilment records, shipping information and carrier tracking before issuing a replacement shipment or a refund.
When we verify that the loss or fulfilment issue resulted from an error on our part, you will not be charged additional product or shipping fees for the replacement shipment.
Refunds
If you request a refund instead of a replacement, the refund is returned to the original payment method.

For a damaged or incorrect shipment, contact support at info@phxpremierpeps.com. Include the order number where available, a description of the issue, and relevant product or packaging photos.
Do not send a return without written instructions. Request instructions for the specific order first.
