Shipping is available within the United States only.
Shipping rates
Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is greater than $150. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 or less after discounts have a $12.95 shipping charge.
The free-shipping threshold is based on merchandise after all discounts. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold.
Dispatch and delivery
Shipments are sent Monday through Saturday via UPS or USPS. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation, subject to product availability and successful verification.
Tracking
When an order ships, a tracking number is sent to the email address used to place the order.
Your shipping address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when you place an order. Phoenix Premier Peptides is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, returned, lost or otherwise not received because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable.
Once an order has shipped to the address provided at checkout, Phoenix Premier Peptides has met its shipping obligation with respect to the destination you supplied.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing a purchase. If you need to correct an address, email info@phxpremierpeps.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
